Club A2S (Arise to Shine) aims to work with children and young people aged 5-18 who are showing behavioural, emotional or psychological difficulties, especially if this has started having an impact on their family life, their school experiences and their personal development.

Sisters with Heart - a Project by African Women of Substance

The Sisters with Heart (SWH) befriending project provides the opportunity for isolated women to improve their physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing. The main aim of this project is to provide home visits to help these women through difficult times.

Adopt a Child

Help us Sponsor a Child in their own home

The Women & Families Resource Centre (WFRC) aim to set up a project called ‘Adopt a child’. With this project we hope to sponsor children living in poverty in their own homes. When you sponsor a child with 67p per day, your money sends them to school, helps feed them, buys the books and uniform needed for schooling, and also covers some medical needs.

All Women Achiever's Awards

The All Women Achievers Awards is a fantastic opportunity for women from all walks of life, across ethnicities and communities in the UK to be acknowledged; particularly those who have had to overcome adversities such as financial constraints, social disadvantages or skill gaps to become positive role models in their communities.



The West Midlands Talent Show

The West Midlands Talent show will include dozens of children and young people sharing their unique and wonderful talents that range from a spelling bee competition, debate, singing, dancing, poetry, instrumental music, stand-up comedy and school, church or community choir performances and competition.

Men and women of the West Midlands are being invited to walk a mile with us on Saturday, 30th April 2016 from 11.30am at the Wolverhampton West Park, – all to raise awareness and take a stand against DV. This event may be light hearted in its nature, but behind it is a very serious issue message.
